01 Campaign Overview
Turning high-frequency growth campaigns into scalable, high-quality visual experiences.
I developed a flexible campaign visual approach for Gate’s VIP trading, seasonal, and growth initiatives. Rather than enforcing one fixed brand look, the approach balanced thematic flexibility, visual quality, and efficient delivery across motion visuals, landing pages, and UI modules. VIP Super Friday became a key showcase of how premium campaign visuals can support user engagement and business impact.

02 My Role
From Key Visuals to Campaign Experience.
I led and contributed to the visual development of campaign experiences, translating campaign concepts into key visuals, extended assets, landing page sections, and selected UI modules. My role also included maintaining visual quality across touch points and supporting fast delivery in a multi-project environment. In parallel, I explored AI- and 3D-assisted workflows to speed up concept testing, asset generation, and visual refinement.
03 Context & Challenge
Designing for High-Frequency, Theme-Driven Campaigns
Gate’s marketing activities required fast visual output across multiple campaign types, each with its own business goal, seasonal mood, and audience expectation. The challenge was not to make every campaign look the same, but to keep the work visually coherent, reusable, and production-efficient. This required balancing visual diversity, launch speed, landing page consistency, and campaign impact at the same time.

04 Visual Assets Batch Generation
AI-Assisted Batch Generation for Faster Exploration
To support fast-moving campaign needs, I developed a batch-generation workflow that combined AI tools with design review and refinement. This workflow helped accelerate early-stage visual exploration, material testing, and asset variation. Validated outputs were then organized into reusable asset categories, making future campaign production faster and more consistent.
05 Reusable Visual Asset & Rules
A Flexible Asset building for Diverse Campaign Themes
To support high-frequency, theme-driven campaigns, I gradually built a scalable visual asset system based on reusable elements, material directions, lighting logic, and composition rules. The system did not rely on a fixed color palette; instead, consistency was maintained through craft quality, asset structure, and touchpoint adaptation. This allowed different campaign themes to remain visually coherent while improving reuse and production efficiency.

06 High-Efficiency AI Workflow
AI + 3D Workflow for Controlled Visual Exploration
I used AI and 3D tools as a controlled exploration layer, not as a replacement for design judgment. By breaking prompts into reusable control dimensions—subject, environment, composition, lighting, material, and technical parameters—I could generate directions faster and evaluate them more clearly. The final outputs were still refined through design selection, manual adjustment, and alignment with the overall campaign visual system.

07 AI-Assisted Motion
Extending Campaign Atmosphere Through Motion
Beyond static visuals, I explored AI-assisted motion as a way to enhance campaign atmosphere and landing page experience in selected scenarios. Motion was used to test rhythm, spatial depth, and visual storytelling before final refinement. These explorations helped extend the campaign visual language from key visuals into more immersive digital touch points.

08 Results & Impact
Delivered measurable growth across trading volume, registration, VIP participation, and ROI.
This approach improved more than individual campaign delivery; it created a more stable way to produce, reuse, and extend campaign visuals across touch points. On the design side, it strengthened visual coherence, asset reuse, and production efficiency. On the business side, selected VIP campaigns achieved measurable growth, including ROI 38+ / 269 and 6,664 VIP signups, a 73% increase.

09 Key Takeaways
From Campaign Outputs to a Repeatable Visual Approach
This project shifted my work from creating standalone campaign visuals to building a repeatable visual approach for high-frequency marketing needs. The key value was not strict brand uniformity, but the ability to maintain quality, structure, and efficiency across diverse themes. AI and 3D became useful not because they replaced design judgment, but because they helped accelerate exploration, control output, and integrate results into a scalable asset system.
